What We Do: 

New Prospect is in the business of providing contact center services via telephone, web chat, email response and text messaging.  We are salespeople, dispatchers, informers, consolers and most importantly - we are friendly!

How We Do It: 

New Prospect recently partnered with InContact which is an enterprise level contact center application that allows us to integrate inbound and outbound phone calls, e-Mail and chat response all under one technology application.  This technology allows us to be more efficient than ever resulting in higher quality interactions while maintaining reasonable fees

When We Started: 

New Prospect got its start in 2001 after Ken Wills, the current president of New Prospect started an internal call center for a regional staffing firm.  The purpose of the call center was to set appointments for outside sales representatives who were struggling setting their own appointments.  This venture proved to be very successful and other clients inquired about how they could also have calls made on their behalf.  The staffing firm was sold in 2001 and Mr. Wills decided to branch out and go full time in the call center business.  The rest as they say is history.

Where We Are Located:

New Prospect is located in the beautiful foothills of SC.  We are conveniently located between Atlanta and Charlotte in the Greenville-Spartanburg area of the upstate of South Carolina.  Please see our contact us page for directions and more information on our location.

Our Agents:

We work hard to retain quality agents. As of September 30,2015 - 62% of our agents that make it through probation period stay 12 months or longer 68% of our agents that have been retained for 12 months stay 24 months or longer and
27% of our agents have been with New Prospect greater than 3 years
